Our bell services department is responsible for the movement of your luggage and bag storage.
They are also responsible for porterage in the event of a group arrival or departure using an outside shuttle or bus company. Porterage charges will be set forth in your contract. The current rate is $10.00 per person, plus state tax, and is subject to change. Please schedule your arrival and/ or departure luggage delivery and/or luggage pulls and your room amenity drops with your Catering / Event Manager.
Our bell services department can also assist with the delivery of all non-food and beverage room drop amenities. The current rate is $2.00 per item, per room drop, and is subject to change. These fees go directly to the team member who delivered the packages/items.
